Membership intake & back-office system for a vehicle-towing operator
A towing-membership business ran on manual PDF forms. We built the intake and back-office system that replaced them.
What went live
- Agent submission form with returning customer and vehicle lookup by plate number
- Auto-calculated coverage dates, fees and per-package discount caps
- Sequential invoice numbers generated server-side, with a branded PDF per application
- Customer and vehicle records — one customer, multiple vehicles
- Owner dashboard: daily and monthly submissions, revenue and trends by agent and package
- Filtered Excel exports and role-based access (agent / admin / owner)
- Full audit trail on every change, with sensitive IDs encrypted and masked
- A towing-job cost-tracking module added after launch, at the owner's request
What improved
- One typed form replaced a per-customer PDF ritual
- Repeat customers stopped being re-typed from scratch
- Invoice numbers stopped being guessed
- The owner reads the day's numbers from a dashboard instead of asking around
- Member details moved out of shared files into an access-controlled system
No invented outcomes
- No revenue or time-saved figures are claimed — we haven't measured them yet
- The client's name and country lineup are withheld by agreement
