Godori Office website build

A website for Godori Office, a co-working and private-office operator in Johor Bahru — built to compare spaces, check rates, and book on WhatsApp.

Where this began

Godori Office had no website — only a Facebook page. During the build we walked the owner through how Google and AI assistants actually read a site: structured data, and service and location pages written to be read rather than decorated. What went live is a website built to be read by search engines and AI assistants, not only by people.

What went live

  • Public website for a Johor Bahru co-working and private-office operator
  • Spaces and pricing pages covering private rooms and open-space desks
  • A page per location — Permas Jaya, Desa Tebrau, and Gelang Patah
  • WhatsApp, phone, email, and book-a-tour enquiry paths on every page
  • On-page SEO, schema.org structured data, and a live llms.txt so search engines and AI assistants can read the site
  • Responsive layout with local business metadata for each of the three locations

What improved

  • Rates and space types are visible up front instead of only on request
  • Each location has its own page rather than sharing one address block
  • More direct enquiry paths — WhatsApp, call, email, and tour booking — from anywhere on the site

No invented outcomes

  • No traffic, ranking, enquiry, tour booking, occupancy, revenue, or conversion lift is claimed yet
  • No client quote is published yet
  • No AI mention, citation, or recommendation outcome is claimed
