Ozvyo Labs collects the details you submit through forms, WhatsApp, email, or direct project conversations. This may include your name, company or clinic, role, email address, WhatsApp number, website URL, social profile URL, project notes, urgency, service interest, consent status, and any files, access notes, or business details you choose to share.
How the information is used
Your information is used to reply to enquiries, understand project fit, prepare scopes, support active work, maintain hosting and handover records, troubleshoot forms or tracking, improve the website, and keep basic records for service delivery.
WhatsApp and communication channels
If you contact Ozvyo through WhatsApp, email, or another communication channel, the information you send may be processed by that provider according to its own terms and privacy practices. Ozvyo uses those channels to reply, clarify scope, send project updates, and keep a record of approved instructions.
Analytics and tracking
The website may use analytics tools such as GA4, Cloudflare analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta-related pixels where configured to understand page views, CTA clicks, form starts, form submissions, source pages, and campaign parameters. These signals help Ozvyo improve the site and how people find it. These analytics run by default to help improve the site; you can opt out using the notice shown on your first visit, or change your choice anytime using the “Cookie choices” control in the site footer. Analytics providers may process limited technical data such as device, browser, IP-derived region, page URL, referrer, and interaction events.
Sharing
Ozvyo does not sell your personal information. Details may be shared only with service providers needed to run the website, forms, analytics, communication, hosting, automation, reporting, payment administration, or project delivery. Where a client asks Ozvyo to connect a third-party tool, the client remains responsible for approving that tool and the data sent to it.
Retention
Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to reply, deliver services, resolve issues, maintain records, support hosting or handover, comply with obligations, or improve operations. You may request deletion where applicable, but Ozvyo may retain limited records where needed for legitimate business, security, or compliance reasons.
