This website provides information about Ozvyo Labs services. You may browse the site, submit enquiries, and contact Ozvyo through the listed channels. Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information.
Service enquiries
Submitting a form or sending a WhatsApp message does not create a project agreement. A project begins only after scope, responsibilities, timing, payment terms, and acceptance are confirmed in writing.
Pricing and scope
The website system covers the listed base scope from RM499/month: a 10–15 page website built and hosted, Google-first SEO foundations, AI-readable structure, Google search submission, 24-hour content updates (fair use), a monthly findability report, and a USD 11 domain credit. There is no setup fee and no upfront build cost. The base scope includes simple contact paths such as WhatsApp, call, email, and a basic enquiry form where appropriate. Add-ons and custom work — including Google Business Profile or Meta setup, extra pages or landing pages, custom forms, CRM routing, tracking, automations, multi-step workflows, unsupported integrations, complex troubleshooting, paid APIs, AI workflow automation, custom software, or work outside the listed base scope — are quoted separately before work starts.
Delivery and refund guarantee
Ozvyo delivers the initial website within 7 days of complete onboarding. "Complete onboarding" means the client has provided the required content, access, and approvals. If Ozvyo misses this window, the client may request a full refund of fees paid, no questions asked. The client may also request up to 3 rounds of major changes to the initial build; if still not satisfied after the third round, the client may request a full refund of fees paid. Each major-change request resets the 7-day delivery window. A "major change" is a significant revision to structure, design, or scope; everyday small content edits are handled under the 24-hour content updates. A refund ends the subscription and the website is taken down. Client delays, missing content or access, slow approvals, or third-party account issues are not counted as Ozvyo delay.
Client responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for factual accuracy, approvals, account access, brand assets, legal or compliance review, payment, third-party provider terms, and timely feedback. Ozvyo can help structure and draft content, but the client must approve final business, medical, legal, pricing, and service claims.
Hosting, subscription, ownership, and handover
Ozvyo builds and hosts the website as part of the active subscription and maintains the listed base system and agreed monthly care while the subscription is active. After 6 paid months of active subscription, the website is the client's: on request, Ozvyo hands over the site files and transfers the domain so the client can host it elsewhere or remain with Ozvyo. Handover is provided on request, not automatically. Before 6 paid months of active subscription, early cancellation ends the subscription and hosting unless a separate handover arrangement is agreed in writing. Custom rebuild, migration, or additional support may require a separate written scope and fee.
No guaranteed outcomes
Ozvyo does not guarantee rankings, appearance in search results or AI answers, AI mentions, AI citations, revenue, enquiries, bookings, patients, sales, or business outcomes. The work focuses on building clearer pages, Google-first SEO foundations, AI-readable structure, better enquiry paths, tracking, and practical systems. The delivery and refund guarantee above is separate from, and does not imply, any guarantee of business results.
