A small studio that designs and runs the AI + automation layer.

Ozvyo Labs is a Malaysia-based AI systems studio built by GX Wong.

Focus: AI systems for operations and revenue teams — meeting intelligence, CRM automation, and production workflows that stay up. SEA and remote clients welcome.

Advice first. Build second. Human in the loop.

I build the system. Your team runs it.

Most "AI transformation" projects fail for a boring reason: the company didn't need AI. It needed its systems to talk to each other. Most of what breaks in B2B sales and ops — CRM notes that never land, handoffs that vanish, pipeline numbers nobody trusts — is a plumbing problem. If a spreadsheet solves it, I'll say so.

But the plumbing you build today decides whether AI is useful to you in two years. An automation only a human can trigger is a dead end; one that exposes a clean API, a CLI, or an MCP endpoint is something every agent you adopt later can reach. So that's how I build: automation first, AI only where it pays, agent-ready either way.

Advice first, build second. Start with an AI Systems Diagnostic that maps how your work actually runs and where AI pays — then we build what it recommends, with monitoring, failure-mode design, and handover docs. Production, not a happy-path demo.

Currently the contracted AI Strategist for a Singapore technology company — the same mapping, strategy and build-oversight work Ozvyo brings to clients.

Your team still has to use it: reply fast, serve people well, and keep a human in the loop where it matters.

Malaysia-basedDirect builder, not a layered agency

How the ladder works.

Most teams do not need more tools. They need to know which few AI and automation changes actually pay — and someone senior who maps it, plans it, and builds it. No handoff to a junior team.

Ozvyo sells one ladder:

  • AI Systems Diagnostic — map where AI pays (US$1,800 / RM 7,500)
  • Production Implementation — pilots from US$8,000
  • AI Ops Retainer — Steady from US$2,500/mo or Build+Run from US$5,000/mo
  • Meeting Intelligence — flagship system, quoted after Diagnostic when it fits

No agency layers. No inflated promises. Scoped builds, production constraints, and clear handover.

Principles

01

Useful beats impressive

The best system is the one your team actually uses.

02

Start small, improve from usage

The first version should solve the real bottleneck. More features can come later.

03

AI needs control

AI is helpful for drafts, routing, summaries and repeated questions. Important decisions still need human judgement.

04

Clear scope protects everyone

Good projects define what is included, what is excluded, what the client must provide and what launch depends on.

Book an AI Systems Diagnostic.

Bring the CRM, meeting, or ops bottleneck that is burning hours.
